With over 30years experience coaching, mentoring, speaking, teaching, training and pastoring in the UK and abroad, I'm now settled in the North of England from where I mentors ambitious, heart-centred women from around the world who are in "the business of transformation". That's coaches, therapist, trainers and women who are on a mission to create breakthrough or facilitated positive change in the lives of others.

Ethical and professional practices is important to me so I'm a full and active member of the Association of Business Mentors who are championing professional business mentoring in the UK.

I have post-grad qualifications in education, applied positive psychology and coaching psychology and firmly believe in evidence-based practice within the coaching, wellbeing and therapy industry.
